This page allows you to download PDF files of handouts from CBT groups for depression and anxiety as well as worksheets that I use in my appointments.
If you are new to CBT, please start with course materials and read the handouts as chapters of a book - you won't get much benefit from using worksheets at random, just confusion.
The bottom of the page is a depository of worksheets that I use with my clients, so that they can be easily available to them. These are not organized in any particular order. While course materials read like little book chapters with enough explanation to help you progress on you own, the worksheets might be hard to understand if we do not work together.
